CGTrader is the world's largest 3D model marketplace, connecting professional 3D artists with businesses and individuals who need custom models for games, architecture, product design, and 3D printing. Alongside the marketplace, CGDream extends the ecosystem with an AI image generator — text-to-image, image-to-image, 3D-to-image, inpainting, upscaling, and 300+ filters — powered by Flux Dev and Flux Pro.
Approach
- Designed core marketplace flows: search across 2M+ models, category browsing, filtering by format and price, and product detail pages with subscription and licensing options.
- Shaped discovery patterns for 3D models, free assets, and 3D-print-ready content — with sponsored placements, sale badges, and format tags.
- Contributed to CGDream's product UX — hero generation studio, feature modules for 3D model generation, Flux Dev workflows, and community gallery.
- Designed pricing tiers and generation controls for CGDream — credits, concurrent generations, private mode, and commercial usage tiers.
Outcome
The combined CGTrader marketplace and CGDream AI platform gives 3D creators a full stack — from buying and selling professional assets to generating new visuals and 3D models with AI, all within one creative ecosystem.
