Concept

Pigu.lt is the largest e-commerce center in the Baltic region — operating since 2007 and evolving into a marketplace where millions of products from hundreds of sellers meet in one place. The platform spans Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Finland under the PHH Group, offering everything from electronics and home appliances to fashion, groceries, and seasonal categories — with fast delivery, installment payments, PiguEurai rewards, and Pigu PLUS member pricing.

Approach

  • Contributed to the design system powering core shopping flows — navigation, search, product cards, promotional modules, and category discovery patterns.
  • Designed reusable components for homepage merchandising: hero campaigns, trust/service bars, product carousels, and seasonal category tiles.
  • Shaped product listing patterns with pricing, discounts, pickup badges, and wishlist actions used consistently across millions of SKUs.
  • Extended the system to support marketplace seller offers alongside first-party inventory — keeping a unified experience across the PHH Group brands.

Outcome

The design system gives Pigu.lt a scalable foundation for one of the region's highest-traffic e-commerce experiences — supporting complex promotional campaigns, dense product grids, and multi-country operations without sacrificing clarity or conversion.
